Any institution worth its name looks to optimize the productivity of global leaders. Our institution has set specific objectives and planned activities for achieving excellence in all spheres of education. The service of the institution in creating personally mature, professionally equipped and service-oriented students is really worth mentioning. We strongly believe in academic excellence and do not compromise on teaching standards or discipline. These three things are the springboards on which we operate. My unassuming commitment to education by setting up well integrated institutions under the registered trust is in terms of education. I believe in molding multifaceted leaders with deep and abiding values that will make a difference to society. The institution is oriented at developing the needs of each and every child, by aligning a right approach towards the curriculum instruction and assessment with the maintenance of trust and collaboration among the staff members bearing an impact on student’s behavior and achievement records in the years to come. Besides, the extracurricular activities will transport the students to the wonders and glories of cultural feats.
Over and above the creation of physical landmarks, a student’s individual identity and perpetuate to care about their character, scholarship and humanness. I wish to enlist myself in extending recognition in congratulating each other on the success of their consistent hard efforts that holds the dignity and the tradition of the institution high and historic in grooming the students to be competent and reputable member of the society at large, maintaining, cordial community relation and maximizing parental involvement for attaining the objectives by the institution.

Dr Padma M M
Dr. Padma M. M. has been awarded a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics in the year 2020 from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. She obtained an M.Sc. degree from Christ University in the year 2007 with a specialization in Graph Theory. In addition to these, she has M. Phil and B. Ed qualifications under her name.
Her hunger for knowledge and determination in the field of education has turned information into action. Being an Honorary Trustee at Janani Adhyayana P U College and Janani Vidya Mandira CBSC School, these actions have contributed to her most success. In the year 2020, she was awarded with the BEST EDUPRENEUR AWARD from EET CRS 5th Academic Brand Awards 2020 held at New Delhi, India on 18th October 2020 for her achievements in the education field. She is a lifetime member of the “Indian Society for Technical Education”, “Ramanujan Mathematical Society” and the “International Association of Engineers”. Recently she bagged the “Young Researcher Award 2021” from the Institute of Scholars for her contributions in the field of research.
Her interest in research has made her present many research papers at National and International conferences, which also include one at ICMA-MU 2018 in Thailand. She has also published many research papers in International and Scopus indexed journals. Her research area is in the field of Graph Theory. Currently, she is working on Rational metric dimension of a wheel, Chemical Graph Theory and Hamiltonion cycle.
She considers herself a ‘forever student,’ eager to build on her academic foundations and stay in tune with the latest academic strategies through continuous commitment towards the work. She believes that “Mindfulness in the Workplace is a Key to Success”.

It is rightly said that “The whole purpose of education is to teach the child to think and not what to think”. We at Janani Vidya Mandira believe that this is the fundamental truth, and it has always been the endeavor of the school to instill the right values in its students so that they develop a holistic personality and are ready to take on the challenges head on once they step out of the gates of the school.
We believe that education is an effective medium of social transformation. We get encouragement, looking at the bright and successful careers of our students, who subsequently benefit society. We feel proud that we are part of such an institute which is shaping future citizens.
It is truly an honor to serve as the Principal of Janani Vidya Mandira. My journey in the field of Education has started in the past 16 years as a real passion towards education.
Our school cares for the individual development of each and every student. We accord prime importance to the behavioral discipline, moral integrity and cognitive development of our students. Our teachers strive to teach not only academic programmes but also life skills needed for students’ self development with highly resourceful faculty.
I am hugely impressed by the commitment of the management and the staff to provide excellent all-round education for our students in our state-of-the art facilities. As a team working together, we strongly promote academic achievement among our students. The cultural, sporting and other successes of all of our students and staff are also proudly celebrated together.

More than a decade back Janani Vidya Mandira has pledged to transform education. It’s my immense pleasure to be a part of Janani family. We believe, as an educator is to guide and nurture the next generation to establish skills to achieve health, respect, prosperity and fulfillment.
We are passionate about students being empowered to succeed. We use all tools available to inspire our co-staff, students and community to work together to promote student achievement and well-being.
We are avid supporter to teachers to be reflective and to continuously examine our practice to provide quality teaching and learning for each student. Our role is to keep up with latest trends and research and be an active partner in the school’s professional development.
The ability to be innovative and creative is important to us. We enjoy being challenged and inspired by the people around us. We aim to enthuse and challenge our co-staff and students to also be inventive and imaginative in their learning and day to day tasks.
We enjoy celebrating successes and acknowledge hard work of staff, students and community and believe this is one of the contributors fundamental to a happy school environment. All staff, students and community should feel valued and appreciated at school.
