GUIDELINES FOR NEW ADMISSION 2025-26

“Finding the right school is all about creating the perfect environment for a child to grow and thrive.” At Janani Vidya Mandira, we are committed to achieving this goal with dedication and care.

Registration for Admission

  • Online registrations for Class-11 (Science & Commerce) for the academic year 2025-26will open from Monday 23rd September 2024. 
  • Registration link for classes 1-9 will NOT be enabled for the academic year 2025-26 as we have very limited seats available in these classes for the next academic year.
  • Parents seeking admission to classes 1-9 should drop a mail to contact us @jananividyamandira.com sharing the information related to your ward. You will be contacted by the school front office in case of availability of seats in that particular class. Please don’t forget to mention your email id and contact number.
  • Your child will be called to write the entrance test in the first week of December. Admission will be confirmed only to the short listed candidates.

We are seeing a growing interest among a large number of parents seeking admission to Janani Vidya Mandira. We would like to inform every parent that we have very limited seats available. As per the policy and directive of CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), we have the following guidelines for admission:

  1. The first priority is for eligible siblings.
  2. The second priority for admission is listed for alumni of Janani Vidya Mandira.
  3. The third preference is for the nationally mobile group, including central services and other transferable services of India.
  4. The next in the priority list is for children of our teachers and other staff members.
  5. This will be followed by the general category

To have an effective teaching learning process, we maintain limited class strength. Considering the limited number of seats available, it is expected that those who seek admission will realize and understand the constraints that the institution faces. The disappointment of not getting admission should not become a matter of unhappiness among the parents.

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Online registration can be done through the school website contactus@jananividyamandira.com
  2. Select Apply online under Admission tab.
  3. Please go through the instructions as per the attachment and proceed with the registration process.
  4. Ensure that application is filled properly and completely.
  5. Incomplete form will not be accepted.
  6. Submit all essential documents required to complete the registration process.
  7. School will remain closed on third Saturdays & public holidays.

Admissions to Class-11 (Science & Commerce)

  • Admissions will be finalized based on the performance in the written test & percentage of marks during Mid-Term Examination (Class-10).
  • Date of entrance test will be intimated through an sms in the first week of December 2024.
  • Entrance test will tentatively be scheduled on Third/Fourth Saturday of December 2024.
