Guidelines For New Admission 2025-26
GUIDELINES FOR NEW ADMISSION 2025-26
"Choosing the ideal school is essentially about discovering the best environment for a child." At Janani Vidya Mandira, we are dedicated to this very mission.
Registration for Admission
The registration link for admission to Classes 1 to 9 will be activated in the last week of October 2024, subject to seat availability across different grades.
We are witnessing a growing interest from numerous parents seeking admission to Janani Vidya Mandira, and we want to inform everyone that our available seats are quite limited. In accordance with the policies set forth by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), we have established specific guidelines for the admission process.
We encourage parents to stay informed and act promptly, as these seats fill up quickly. Your child's educational journey begins here, and we are committed to providing an enriching environment for their growth and development.
- The first priority for admission is given to eligible siblings.
- The second priority is for alumni of the Janani Vidya Mandira group of schools.
- The third preference is for families in the nationally mobile category, including those in central services and other transferable roles in India.
- Next, children of our teachers and staff members will be considered.
- Finally, the general category will follow.
To foster an effective teaching and learning environment, we keep our class sizes small. Given the limited availability of seats, we hope that those seeking admission will appreciate the challenges our institution faces. We encourage parents to view any disappointment regarding admission with understanding, rather than allowing it to lead to unhappiness
STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS
- Online registration is available through the school website at jananividyamandira.com To begin, select “Apply Online” under the Admission tab.
- Please carefully review the instructions provided in the attachment before proceeding with the registration process. Ensure that your application is filled out completely and accurately, as incomplete forms will not be accepted.

- Admission confirmation will be based on an interaction between the child, their parents, and the admission committee. Candidates for PN to Grade 8 will need to take a simple written test, followed by an interaction with the Centre Head, along with their parents.
- The date for this interaction will be communicated 10 days in advance via SMS to your registered mobile number. Interactions are set to begin in the first week of October 2024.
- The names of the child and parents entered on the registration form must match those on the Birth Certificate. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
- Please note that registration does not guarantee a seat; admission is granted only if vacancies are available.
- To address rising costs related to salaries, maintenance, and materials, an annual fee increase of 10 to 15 percent will be implemented, as Janani Vidya Mandira is a private self-financing institution.
- The entrance fee of Rs. 500 is non-refundable.
