Teacher Orientation Programs are conducted at the beginning of every academic year during the 3rd week of May at Janani Vidya Mandira.

The academic team at Janani Vidya Mandira, led by our experienced coordinators, conducts interactive sessions on Human Behavioral Management and Classroom Management and Procedures. These sessions are designed to enhance teachers' skills and to help new recruits integrate smoothly into the positive and supportive environment of Janani Vidya Mandira. Through these sessions, both new and experienced teachers have the opportunity to reflect on and refine their management techniques in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
