At Janani Vidya Mandira, children learn by doing. One way of fostering this is through group activities, where students work together in pairs or small groups to create charts, collages, and similar projects connected to their learning. Skits are also part of these group activities, encouraging team spirit, cooperation, group dynamics, and a sense of loyalty and responsibility.

KANNADA

For our young learners in pre-primary, we use the Kannada Koumudi textbook series to build a strong foundation in Kannada. In primary classes, the Savi Kannada series provides a structured approach, deepening language skills. For middle and higher secondary students, the Siri Kannada series enhances proficiency and versatility in the Kannada language. At Janani Vidya Mandira, these resources ensure a comprehensive and progressive language-learning journey.

HINDI

The Sunahri Dhoop textbook series forms the foundation of our Hindi curriculum for primary to middle classes. These books feature engaging stories, poems, and exercises to build a strong base in the Hindi language. To complement this, we use the supplementary grammar book "Mein aur Mera Vyakaran" for primary and middle classes, offering invaluable support in mastering Hindi grammar. Recognizing the importance of mathematics in academic and cognitive growth, we have carefully selected textbooks to provide a strong foundation in this crucial subject.

KANNADA

The Maths Steps series lays a strong foundation for primary students with its structured and engaging approach to fundamental concepts. For middle school, we use the renowned R.S. Aggarwal Mathematics textbooks, offering comprehensive coverage of topics like algebra, geometry, and statistics. This series enhances conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills, preparing students for advanced mathematics.
